Odd Todd, Even Steven

Social. Pre-roll. Summer. Winter. Truly a “multi-fauceted” campaign.

To remind residents of Fresno’s watering schedule, this concept introduced two memorable characters to represent odd- and even-numbered addresses. They were featured all year long, as the watering schedule changed in winter months.

These guys were a blast, and Odd Todd was happy to indulge in multiple takes of water in the face on a 55-degree day (hey, that’s cold for Fresno).
